Our Story

Precision Auto Works was founded in 2008 by David Richardson, a Red Seal certified technician with over 25 years of automotive experience. Frustrated by the lack of honest, customer-focused repair shops in Toronto, David set out to create a facility where integrity and expertise would be the foundation of every interaction.

What started as a small three-bay shop on King Street West has grown into one of Toronto's most trusted automotive service centers. Our success is built on a simple principle: treat every customer's vehicle as if it were our own, and never recommend a service that isn't truly needed.

Today, our team of 12 certified technicians serves hundreds of Toronto families and businesses each month, maintaining a 98% customer satisfaction rating and earning recognition as one of the GTA's top-rated independent repair facilities.
